Marine View Counseling Center:

Do you have a psychological need? The Marine View Christian Counseling Center with Lois Dennett as our counselor will meet with you to give counseling for marriage, family and numerous other psychological needs. The counseling center provides professional therapy for members of our church and the community. Skilled, licensed counselors are available to provide therapy for people who want insight, change, and problem-solving techniques. Stephen Ministry:

Do you have emotional needs? Perhaps you are dealing with a crisis in your life. Maybe you are hurting over a separation or divorce. Grief from any loss including a death in your family or the ending of a job is cause for an emotional need. The Stephen Ministers are equipped to walk with you in your time of emotional need. Through a ministry of listening and care, Stephen Ministers support people going though crises or addressing specific life concerns by offering a caring, Christian presence. Trained volunteers extend the reach of Marine View's ministry to those experiencing divorce, grief, illness, loss of a job, loneliness, or other challenges and stresses. Prayer:

Do you have prayer needs? The Bible tells us to pray for one another. If you would like someone to pray together with you, we have a Prayer Chain and Prayer Counselors. These individuals will pray for you. Call the Church Office to get on the Prayer Chain. The Prayer Counselors are available at the conclusion of every Sunday Worship service.

Deacons:

Do you have physical needs? This would include meals while someone is sick. Perhaps it is transportation to a from a doctor. Maybe you just need help with some task around the house. Where do you turn? Call your Parish Deacon.

Benevolence Team:

Do you have financial needs? Sometimes the financial challenges of life hit you hard. You need help getting back on track. The Benevolence Team will meet with you and use the Benevolence resources of the church to assist you. (Note: The Benevolence Fund is generated by special gifts to the church Benevolence Fund – specifically at the Thanksgiving Offering.) Call one of the Pastors to get in contact with the Benevolence Team.

Prime Time Care:

Do you have relational needs? If you can no longer get to church on a regular basis we want to come to you. If you feel like you are a shut in we want to have a person come and simply be with you as a friend. The Prime Time Care can help connect you with someone who will be the presence of Christ’s love in your life.

Pastors:

Do you have spiritual needs? Are you struggling with doubts about God? Are you facing a decision and want to know what God might want you to do? Are you having difficulty with various temptations? Your Pastors are available to meet with you and help give you spiritual direction for your life.
